Join us for a multi-sensory, small-group, 6-week camp experience. Built for any 1st - 8th grade student who has dyslexia, dysgraphia, or general literacy struggles that negatively impact their learning or self-confidence.

Kick off with a FREE individual comprehensive informal assessment with each student, parents or guardians, and other professionals to assess target areas and set individual learning goals.

Two options

 

Morning Intensive Session

Monday-Thursday

8:00-10:30 am

A high-intensity and high-frequency, 60-instructional-hour summer camp designed to close individualized skill gaps in reading and writing.

Afternoon Flexible Session

Monday-Thursday

3:30-5:30 pm

For those who are unable to attend 4 days a week or all 6 weeks, this flexible camp will eliminate reading and writing regression while students are out of school. You can enroll either twice or four times a week.

 

*Both workshops have a 5:1 student-to-instructor ratio and incorporate individual goals to boost the learner's outlook on all things literacy.

Approach

 

Each student will receive:

Comprehensive literacy intervention, including:

  • Systematic decoding and encoding instruction (utilizing the Wilson Reading System)
  • Fluency practice and tracking
  • Concrete comprehension strategies (utilizing the Visualizing & Verbalizing Method)
  • Writing content and organization skills (utilizing the SQ Write Curriculum)
  • Toolbelt of free assistive technology supports
  • Increased reading stamina
  • Targeted vocabulary instruction
  • Easy-to-implement interventions for parents and guardians to continue support at home (or further referral for continued intervention).

*Pre-registration is required (via phone or online booking through our website). Spaces are limited, so registration is on a first come, first served basis. Registration for all camps and individual sessions will close June 24th.

Cost

A sliding scale application for reduced price is available (only one application needed per family). Sibling enrollment will automatically result in the reduced price for each student.

Morning Intensive

Week-By-Week Payment:
Full Price: $400/week
Reduced Price: $250/week

Flexible Afternoon: Twice per week

(4 hours a week)

All prepayments are due in full by June 24th in order to access the prepayment discount. Week-by-week payments must be paid by Monday of each week.
