We exist so all students with literacy struggles can access their dreams.
We believe every person should have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed—regardless of financial circumstances.
Through our Redwood programs, we aim to bridge the educational gap, ensuring that children and adults from under-resourced communities and families facing financial hardship can attend Redwood Schools and literacy programs.
By cultivating hope and restoring confidence, we help students dramatically improve their literacy skills regardlessof socio-economic background or learning differences.

It takes a community
In 2025, our goal is to provide a minimum of $50,000 to current private pay Redwood families that are re-enrolling for the 24/25 school year plus an additional $50,000 to incoming families who are not able to receive district funding.
You can also opt to make an annual donation to help sustain this program long-term, and Redwood Foundation’s for-profit programs will match contributions to maximize our impact.
